When speaking with Khuddam ensure that the following guidelines are kept in mind:

Verify that the donor has moved to Canada from Pakistan more then 3 years ago.
Verify that the donor has not visited Pakistan in the past year of the blood donation date.
Verify that the donor has NEVER had Malaria in their life.
Verify that the donor is in good health and doesn't have any major illness or health issue.
Verify that the donor is over the age of 17.
Verify that the donor has not donated blood in the past 56 days.
Verify that the donor is over 110 lbs in weight.

If the potential donor fulfills the above conditions, he/she stands a very strong chance of being accepted as a donor by the Blood Services.

Regional Nazim Khidmate Khalq should ensure that all the donors have filled out the Partner for Life form with the PFL identification number right after giving blood and keep track of donors from their respective regions. A local record will facilitate the work in future blood drives. Furthermore, it will be required that all Regional Nazimeen Khidmate Khalq remain in periodic phone contact with the Muhtamim Khidmate Khalq (Khalid Rasool sahib) on the day of the blood drive and provide regular status updates.
