Purpose

To do the best possible Tarbiyat of Nau Mubai` Khuddam and Atfal such that they may become active members of Khuddamul Ahmadiyya

Reporting Structure

¨  Reports directly to Qa’id Majlis and Regional Nazim.

¨  Reports indirectly to Muhtamim Tarbiyat Nau Muba`in.

¨  Is responsible for the implementation of decisions made by the Qa’id and Majlis `Amila.

Duties as per Constitution

(The word Muhtamim has been replaced by the word Nazim as per Rule #147 of the constitution of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya)

171.     Nazim Tarbiyat Nau Muaba`in will utilize such ways and means which will make Nau Muba`in active members of the Jama`at as quickly as possible.

172.     He shall utilize every possible avenue in the Ta`lim and Tarbiyat of Nau Muba`in

Tasks

¨  Include Nau Muba`in Khuddam and Atfal in the Tajnid and budget of the Majlis right away. The Tajnid records or Budget will be incomplete if these inclusions are not made.

¨  Encourage Nau Mubai` Khuddam to attend Namaz centers regularly to offer Namaz in congregation.

¨  Encourage all Nau Muba`in to participate in Namaz Jum`a.

¨  Educate the Nau Muba`in about the compulsory Chandajat of Jama`at and Majlis; include them in the financial sacrifices even if they make nominal contributions in the beginning.

¨  Nau Muba`in must be encouraged to write letters to Hadrat Khalifatul
Masih ایدہ اللہ تعالیٰ بنصرہ العزیز. A template can be provided initially to assist them in writing the letter.

¨  Make special arrangements to include them in the Ijlasat and Ijtima`at.

¨  Include Nau Muba`in in social events (e.g, marriages, funerals, dinners, etc.) so that they are become familiar with the traditions of Jama`at.

¨  Nau Muba`in with families should be invited to homes of Jama`at members and visit them to increase love and affection.

¨  Ensure accessibility to M.T.A International for Nau Muba`in so that they can derive maximum benefit from it. Friday sermons of Hadrat Khalifatul
Masih ایدہ اللہ تعالیٰ بنصرہ العزیز should be especially emphasized and continuous reminders must be given in this regard.

¨  Prepare Da`in IlAllah from amongst the Nau Mubai` Khuddam so they may prove effective in spreading the message of Islam amongst their families.

¨  Arrange for Nau Muba`in to visit National Markaz after receiving approval from National Markaz for their visit.

¨  Introduce the Nau Muba`in to the elders and office bearers of Jama`at so they may become aware of the traditions of Jama`at and are thus are able to transform themselves accordingly.
