Purpose
Arrange an effective system of Tabligh. Teach Khuddam basic arguments explaining the truthfulness of Ahmadiyyat and clear any misconceptions about Ahmadiyyat.
Reporting Structure
¨ Reports directly to Qa’id Majlis and Regional Nazim.
¨ Reports indirectly to Muhtamim Tabligh.
¨ Responsible for implementing the decisions made by the Qa’id and Majlis `Amila.
Duties as per Constitution
(The word Muhtamim has been replaced by the word Nazim as per Rule #147 of the constitution of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya)
115. Nazim Tabligh shall arrange to engage Khuddam in Tabligh.
Tasks
¨ For successful Da`wat IlAllah and better results along with planning put great emphasis on prayers. Hadrat Khalifatul Masih IV رَحِمَہُ اللہ تَعَالٰی has said:
“Perform prayers in a manner that is deserving of prayers and be patient. And, give everything towards Allah then remember that to bear fruit is His work.”

¨ Collect data about the different ethnic communities in the vicinity.
¨ Distribute targets assigned by National Markaz amongst Da`iyan Khususi. Conduct regular follow up to monitor the progress.
¨ Train and involve Khuddam in Tabligh activities.
¨ Encourage Khuddam to spend at least one full day in Tabligh activities during a month.
¨ Arrange to distribute Tabligh literature to at least 15% of your neighborhood (Majlis).
¨ Encourage more Khuddam to participate in Da`in IlAllah scheme.
¨ Ensure at least 10% of the Tajnid meets the criteria of Da`in Khususi.
¨ Hold separate meetings of Da`in Khususi at least once a month.
¨ Hold question & answer sessions with non‑Ahmadi friends on a regular basis.
¨ Encourage Khuddam to invite friends and neighbors at their homes to discuss religion in an informal atmosphere.
¨ Hold Tabligh training classes for Khuddam. Make use of the stories of successful Da`iyan. Hadrat Khalifatul Masih IV رَحِمَہُ اللہ تَعَالٰی has said:
“O servants of Muhammad think about yourselves that what condition you would be in if you did not convey the message to others; in which category will you be counted It is the responsibility of each person that he should take part in the work of Da`wat IlAllah ¼ First of all, ask those fruitful individuals about what they do in order to achieve such fruitful results ¼ Everyone should be aware that today is better than yesterday for me. Today, with the blessing of Allah, I have the power to perform my duties better than before.”

¨ Arrange for Khuddam to utilize Tabligh related programs of Hadrat Khalifatul
Masih ایدہ اللہ تعالیٰ بنصرہ العزیز to prepare themselves for Tabligh activities.
¨ Maintain an inventory of Tabligh related programs of Hadrat Khalifatul
Masih ایدہ اللہ تعالیٰ بنصرہ العزیز.
¨ Prepare responses to comments about Islam and Ahmadiyyat as published in various media and submit to National Markaz for approval.
¨ Build a team consisting of assistant and in-charges to manage various activities.
¨ Tabligh budget form must be filled out by each Da`in‑Khususi and should be submitted to National Markaz by October 15th.
Criteria of Da`in Khususi
For a Dai`ilAllah to be considered a member of Dai`n Khususi, he must meet the following criteria:
¨ Do Tabligh regularly
¨ Fill the prescribed Tabligh Budget Form and present the progress report to Majlis and National Markaz on a monthly basis.
¨ Must make a commitment of five or more Bai’ats.
